LL.M. in Transnational Commercial Practice tm Post-Graduate Certificate in Transnational Commercial Practice
LL.M. Degree Requirements Applicants for admission to the LL.M. program must have graduated from a recognized university and hold a law degree or and advanced degree in field other than law (such as business, management, accounting, economics, political science, and international relations). Non-native speakers of English must provide evidence of adequate ability in the language, through TOEFL or IELTS proficiency examination and/or by presentation of evidence of use of English in a professional capacity. Candidates for the LL.M. must complete 21 credits through a combination of two-week residential sessions in Vienna, Warsaw, and/or Shanghai and distance-learning courses. The residential sessions offer 6 credits in Vienna and three credits each in Warsaw and Shanghai. Seven distance-learning courses (15 credits in total) are available. Courses rotate at each residential session on a three-year schedule. Each session in Vienna, Shanghai, and Warsaw concludes with examinations evaluated on an optional graded or pass/fail basis. If an examination is failed, the candidate may petition to retake the examination or repeat the course or take an alternate residential or online course. Apply Here
